NOC Administrator, Level 1 Support Technician

Hello, I'm Alex and I'm responsible for keeping the servers and desktops healthy, including patching and backing them up. I like to script and program in C#. I've been fixing and breaking things since the 90's. Video games are an integral part of me, as I find it easy to get engaged in competing or working together with others to accomplish things, whether it be for self-improvement or just for fun.

I pretty much keep to myself outside of work, being an introverted person. I tend to read up on and test new technology in my alone time, launching servers and testing applications in my home lab. Sometimes I can be so absorbed that I lose track of time and even forget to eat!

Previously I have worked in IT at a hospital in California. I have since moved on to i3 back in my home state of Michigan, gaining new skills and knowledge. I enjoy working at i3 as I learn new things every day.
