Level 2 Support Technician

I started my IT career in 2005 working at a cable company in the Internet Support team. Later I changed jobs to a software trading company in Grand Rapids as a Technical Support Analyst. I started by supporting customer applications and moved away from to mostly internal support position. I spent a lot of my time managing Active Directory, Hardware deployment, end user support, and application management. These positions have given me a great deal of experience supporting customers over the phone which is very important at i3. I started working at i3 in the fall of 2014 as a Level 2 Support Technician. It has been great time working here as there is always something new to learn and never the same thing to work on.

I was born and raised in Hudsonville, Michigan. After graduating High School I went to Western Michigan University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems in 2004. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, spending weekends up at Silver Lake Sand Dunes, camping and traveling. I also enjoy watching College Football, NFL, and Nascar.
