Level 2 Support Technician, Support Center
I graduated from Davenport University in 2014 with a degree in Computer Networking. While pursuing this degree I landed my first tech job as an intern in 2010. Over the next 4 years I worked my way to Help Desk Support Lead before finding i3.
I saw an opportunity to learn, grow along with a great company. I am looking forward to meeting and learning about many different aspects of IT and how to provide that service to a diverse clientele.
Outside of work (and all the time really) I am a geek at heart. I love everything related to that. I love science and anything that goes boom! I Enjoy PC gaming. When I’m not glued to an LCD I like to spend time with my family and spend time in nature. I love hiking in the woods, spending time at the Lake Michigan beaches. I also enjoy spouting nuggets of useless information of which I have many.
